The TechniPhi team continues to implement much of the feedback that our valued users and partners have provided us during Spring 2022. Below you will find some updates and improvements that we have implemented to ChapterBuilder. If you want to share more feedback, please complete this survey!
Unselecting on the Lead List
The Lead List is the heart of ChapterBuilder and is the most used feature within the platform. Over the past year we have gotten feedback that the Lead List needs to over more flexibility to allow organizations to work how is best for them. This new features is just part of this improvement.
You can now select many leads or all leads and then unselect any you do not want to include in the action you want to take. This is a big update so we created a video to walk you through it.

Lead List - Sort by Main Contact
You can now sort by Main Contact when viewing the Lead List in the table/list view. Simply click on the Main Contact header for that column and it will group leads by Main Contact. If they do not have a main contact they will also be grouped together. This should make it easier to assign leads to your team.
Lead List Filtering - No Main Contact
When filtering by Main Contact you can now select “No Main Contact.” This will filter all leads that do not have a Main Contact assigned to them.
Exporting - Filtering Holding
We know that filtering the Lead List helps you pair down to the specific leads you want to work with. Now that filtering holds when you export your leads. So if you just want to export your new members, you can do so by filtering by the “A+” status, select your leads, then click Actions and export. This update will let you export only those leads you have displayed when filtering.
Accessibility Improvements
Phired Up & TechniPhi are committed to making our technology work for everyone. We have committed to ensuring our technology meets the highest standards for accessibility. In this newest release you will see some updates that ensure that anyone can use ChapterBuilder.
