Skip Duplicates

One of the most asked for features has been the ability to prevent duplicate leads from being created when importing leads. This new feature will help you by skipping anyone with the same first AND last name or who has the same email address or phone number of an existing lead. All you need to do is check the “Skip Duplicate” option on the Lead Importer page (see screenshot below - the skip duplicate option is just below the red, “Import Lead File” button).

A record of anyone skipped can be found on the Activity Feed.

Lead Search on MORE pages

You probably already noticed that during the Fall, we implemented more lead searching on most pages of ChapterBuilder. This means you will no longer have to navigate to the Lead List in order to go to a Lead’s profile; simply search and you can do directly to their profile.

Lead Profile - Message Tab

We are so excited to have officially launch a new tab in the Lead profile. You will now see a tab entitled “Messages.” This tab will display a thread of the conversation your team has had with that lead. If you have multiple phone lines, you can simply select which conversation you want to view. You must be an admin to view this tab.
